The Everbright Smart Select Global Equity Fund (the “Sub-Fund”) is a sub-fund of the China Everbright Fortune Fund Series (the “Fund”), which is a Hong Kong domiciled umbrella structure unit trust governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to provide investors with medium to long-term capital appreciation by primarily investing in equity securities issued by companies in global markets. Such equity securities may include, but are not limited to, shares, exchange traded funds (“ETFs”), depository receipts, and other participation rights. The Sub-Fund may invest in equities securities across any sector, with no fixed industry sector weightings.
