Everbright Securities International (“EBSI”) would like to alert the public about a fraudulent mobile application called “EBSI RXM” or “EBSI XRM”, which is operated by a fake corporation named “EBSI RXM Everbright Securities International Investment Service HK Limited”. This entity falsely claims to be registered under the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) with the Central Entity Number (“C.E. No.”) AAC153. Both the fraudulent mobile application and the fake corporation impersonate EBSI in providing investment services.
EBSI hereby declares that, Everbright Securities Investment Services (HK) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Everbright Securities International Company Limited, collectively referred to as EBSI, is a licensed corporation registered with the SFC under C.E. No. AAC153. This information can be verified via the SFC’s Public Register of Licensed Persons and Registered Institutions. Furthermore, EBSI operates only two official mobile trading applications called “EBSI GO!” and “eMO!” and utilizes third-party trading applications, namely “SPTrader Pro HD” and “MetaTrader 4”, to facilitate other trading services for our clients.

Everbright Securities International (“EBSI”) would like to alert the public about fraudsters impersonating EBSI to promote “exceptionally high-return investment plans”. These scams aim to lure investors into providing their personal information and participating in fraudulent schemes.
EBSI hereby clarifies that the “Golden Strategy Smart Investment Profit Plan”, “Golden Strategy Investment Profit Plan”, and “Golden Strategy Investment Plan”, which are purportedly launched by EBSI, are fraudulent.
The public is strongly advised to exercise caution regarding similar online investment promotions and avoid remitting or transferring any funds or assets. Do not provide personal information and engage in investments related to these fraudulent investment plans. EBSI will not assume any legal liability or other responsibility for any losses, damages, or other issues arising from these scams.

The post used the portraits of the Group’s strategists or employees to promote individual stocks, websites or investment groups and disseminate investment-related information with deceptive intent..
The Group hereby clarifies that neither the Group nor its strategists have promoted individual stocks, websites, investment groups or disseminated investment-related information to the public on Instagram. The Group will not assume any legal responsibility or any other liability for any losses or damages arising from any posts or their consequences of non-official social media accounts. If any suspected fraudulent accounts or posts impersonating the Group or its strategists or employees are found on any non-official social media platforms, please report them to us and also block the account to keep you and your property safety. Everbright Sun Hung Kai ("EBSHK") recently received enquiries relating to scam emails sent from a few fraudulent email addresses which highly imitated the email domain of EBSHK as well as its forex trading service. Besides, a fake deal confirmation was being attached in one of the scam emails requesting payment to a third party overseas bank account.
EBSHK hereby clarifies that those scam emails are not sent by us. Clients are advised to pay extra attention to any suspicious email. The fraudulent emails will be notified to the SFC and the Hong Kong Police Force and we would like to alert the public as well.

Besides, it has come to our attention that a QR code to download an app of our Company with promotional gifts is being shared among some fans groups in Mainland China.
EBSHK hereby clarifies that it does not own or operate the above fraudulent website, whose existence has been reported to the SFC. Please also be aware that the above QR code, app and promotional activity in Mainland China are not owned, operated or organized by us. EBSHK is absolutely unrelated to the website, as well as the QR code and the promotional activities.
